Leicester City Children and Young People’s Justice Service (CYPJS) are recruiting for volunteers to work with young people aged 10-18.

Volunteering work includes:

 Community Panel Member: Help to lead meetings in the community with the young person, their family and the victim of their crime to explore the offence and put a plan in place to stop it happening again.

 Youth Justice Mentors: One-to-one mentoring support for young people who are in the early stages of offending behaviour.

 These opportunities are very rewarding and are integral to the work that the CYPJS cover.

 All prospective volunteers will be fully trained and supported throughout the time with the service.

The closing date for the application forms is 1st March 2021 , with training taking place in April/May 2021.
