About this role
The role would suit someone with previous experience in customer service, reception and administration. The role requires a significant amount of independent working and ownership of specific tasks therefore some previous experience in roles of a similar nature would be helpful.
The role would also be the ideal opportunity for someone who would like to gain further experience in an office environment and within the voluntary and community sector (VCS).
As a Receptionist supporting our customers you will be expected to greet clients and direct them as appropriate, answer the phone and take messages, direct conference customers, prepare conference rooms and to record stock controls.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in photocopying, filing and scanning, use our in house database, as well as any other administrative tasks as necessary.
